INGREDIENTS
zest of a lemon
1 Tablespoon dried
oregano
1 teaspoon dried
mint
1/4 teaspoon dried
thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh
lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon
or spicy mustard
1 small clove of
garlic, grated or
mashed into a paste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients
in a jar.
Shake to
combine and shake
before serving.
Cover and refrigerate
leftovers.
Use within a week.
